Flight of the Butterfly Corner Bookmark

This was our make and take at my previous workshop.  I am thinking that the new Stampin' Success(monthly newsletter from SU! for demos) is just amazing! In it every month now, there is a make and take project with complete measurements on how to do things for workshops and I am loving the fact that it takes so much guesswork out of what to do for make and takes.  Anyway, I chose to put some emphasis on retiring product this month and this stamp set is sadly leaving on May 31st along with the punch that punches out the butterflies perfectly....:(  So, we used Crumb Cake cardstock for the base, and a piece of Not Quite Navy DSP from the Patterns Pack, So Saffron for the 2 3/8 Scallop Circle punch, and stamped onto Whisper White using Soft Suede ink. We stamped the butterflies in Pool Party onto Whisper White cardstock and punched them out and added the In Color Pattern Brads to the centers and adhered with a glue dot.  The girls had a great time making these and as always it's great to have new stampers amongst us and to see the looks on their faces that they made something themselves is priceless.
